The Minto Arts Council proudly presents the art show: Faces & Life by Diane Morgan. From June 2nd to June 30th at the Minto Arts Gallery (3rd floor of the Harriston Library). Have the pleasure of meeting the artist and join the reception on June 9th, starting at 6:30 pm.
About the Artist
Diane Morgan is a local artist from Harriston who enjoyed the classical training in fine art. By internationally exhibited artist Tony Luciani. But also at the Academy of Realist Art in Toronto, and Boston. Diane has attended numerous workshops throughout North America & Europe. Either in person and online, continuing to develop her skills.
Diane paints with a passion for the creative process and the subject matter. Meanwhile enjoying the indirect method of painting used by the old masters. Diane’s artwork creates a seamless blend of modern and traditional elements defining her work as contemporary realism in the old tradition. Her paintings have received numerous awards and acceptances in fine art exhibitions. They are on display in private collections throughout North America and The Middle East. She wishes to be continually inspired by the masters of yesterday and those of today!

The exhibition Faces & Life by Diane Morgan is an emotional exploration of faces and contemporary still life. Depicted in a modern realism style, with a touch of nostalgia.
