The Annual General Meeting 2025 will take place on Wednesday, April 23rd. From 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Minto Arts Gallery. Located on the third floor of the Harriston Public Library.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will cover all of 2024 and will take place at the Minto Arts Gallery.
All members and affiliates are welcome to attend the meeting.
Annual General Meeting 2025
During the AGM, members will have the opportunity to:
1. **Understanding Minto Arts Council’s Operations and Finances** Members will get a comprehensive overview of the Council’s activities over the past year. This will cover the various programs and initiatives undertaken. As well as a detailed financial report that outlines income sources, expenditures, and budget management.
2. **Interactive Q&A Session**: Participants will be encouraged to ask questions about the Council’s operations and finances. This is an opportunity for members to seek clarification on specific issues. They can express concerns or gain deeper insights into the decision-making processes that affect the organization.
3. **Open Discussion on Agenda Items**: Members will have the floor to discuss any items outlined in the meeting agenda. This collaborative dialogue allows for the sharing of ideas. Suggestions and feedback can influence the future direction of the Council.
4. **Voting on Proposed Resolutions**: After the discussions, members can cast their votes on any resolutions put forth during the meeting. This is a vital aspect of the AGM. It gives members a direct say in the governance and strategic direction of the Minto Arts Council. Overall, the AGM promises to be an informative and engaging event.
