The AGM of the Minto Arts Council was long due. With Covid-19 we got a little behind on business, which means there is some catching up to do. The AGM will cover both 2020 and 2021 this year. Despite restrictions being lifted, we have decided to play it safe this time and the AGM will be held virtually.
We want to welcome all members and affiliates to join the AGM of the Minto Arts Council, from the comfort of their home. On Wednesday April 20th, starting at 7 pm.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
– Find out about the Minto Arts Council’s Operations and Finances.
– Ask questions about the Operations and Finances of the Minto Arts Council.
– Speak about any item on the agenda.
– Vote on any resolution proposed.
