Minto Arts Gallery
Minto Arts Gallery is a non-profit space that focuses on contemporary art and culture in the Town of Minto, Ontario. We opened in May 1997 and have been located on the third floor of the Harriston Public Library since then. The gallery aims to curate high-quality exhibitions that blend contemporary art with historical elements.
Over the years, the gallery has grown, thanks to the support of our engaged community. We showcase a wide range of artistic expressions and provide a platform for emerging talent. Our space is welcoming to artists and visitors alike, offering a place for everyone to enjoy and learn from art.

Tuesday: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
and 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Closed Sunday and Monday
Location & Parking
The gallery is located on the top floor of the Harriston Public Library, 88 Mill Street, Harriston, Ontario.
The gallery is wheelchair accessible via an elevator.
Free parking spots are available in front of the gallery, which has an entrance off Elora Street South. Admission is by donation.

Call for Artists
We’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in scheduling an exhibition at the Minto Arts Gallery.
We’re welcoming submissions across various mediums and styles. Whether you work in painting, mixed media, digital art, photography, or sculpture, your unique vision matters to us!
The Gallery provides:
- An opportunity for local artists to showcase their work in the community.
- A vibrant space to display objects of interest to the community.

The ceilings in the Minto Arts Gallery are 9’6″ high, except for two walls in the side rooms, where they slope to 7′.
